The material for microfiber leather is ultrafine fibers. Microfiber leather, also known as ultrafine fiber PU synthetic leather, is made by carding and needle-punching to produce non-woven fabric, which is then subjected to a series of processes such as wet processing, PU resin impregnation, alkali reduction, grinding, dyeing, and finishing to finally form the microfiber leather.
